Wine Dinner with Napa Valley’s Ashes & Diamonds

Thursday, February 8, Le Bon Nosh will host a Wine Dinner with Napa Valley’s Ashes & Diamonds at 6:30pm. The intimate event will deepen guests' knowledge of Napa Valley wine and feature a five-course menu, below, from Chef Forough Vakili with wines from Ashes & Diamonds, a Napa winery that offers the ultimate convergence of modern and old-school flavors, and is committed to offering a wide-ranging group of wines that adhere to an ethos of light-handed winemaking and transparency of terroir. Chef Forough’s thoughtfully curated menu will feature the dishes below. Tickets are $150 per person.
