Atlanta Convention & Visitors Bureau Announces Promotion of Chinela Bertrand to Manager, Membership
Atlanta Convention & Visitors Bureau (ACVB) promotes Chinela Bertrand to manager. In her new role, Bertrand will lead ACVB’s member billing and onboarding processes and manage its digital platforms for members. She will also continue building relationships with members, leading orientations and supporting member-focused events and programming.
Since joining ACVB in 2025 as membership coordinator, Bertrand has helped strengthen the department’s billing process to ensure membership dues are billed accurately and on time. She has also helped develop new ideas and initiatives to enhance member events and benefits. Bertrand brings a member-first mindset to her work, helping members build and maintain relationships through ACVB that help their businesses thrive.
Bertrand is an Atlanta native with more than 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry. She’s a graduate of Spelman University with a degree in economics.
