Atlanta Convention & Visitors Bureau Promotes Nicholas Jones to Manager, Technology User Services 

Atlanta Convention & Visitors Bureau (ACVB) announces the promotion of Nicholas Jones to manager, technology user services. Jones will serve as the primary manager for technology user services and will oversee day-to-day tech support for ACVB team members. He will also lead staff training, onboarding and documentation for core technology tools and processes while coordinating user-focused technology initiatives across departments, including CRM-related workflows. 

Jones joined ACVB in 2023 as a technology specialist then advanced to assistant manager in 2024. Since joining the organization, he has played a key role in configuring CRM collaborations and supporting application coding programs for the Atlanta Business Showcase and event detail processes for MLB All-Star Game, FIFA Club World Cup 2025 and FIFA World Cup 2026. Additionally, he helped rollout processes for Atlanta’s MICHELIN program and stepped into the role of official staff trainer for technology user services, leading training for key platforms such as Act-On.
