EmpowerMom: A Shower
Celebrating Mothers

EmpowerMOM is not your typical baby shower. There are no games, no pressure to perform joy, and no focus on everyone except the mother. EmpowerMOM is a maternal wellness experience designed to center you—your body, your recovery, your mental health, and your life after birth.

EmpowerMOM gatherings take place two to three times a year, creating intentional spaces for mothers, families, and birthworkers to come together for education, connection, and support.

Mothers are connected to trusted birth and postpartum professionals in one space. This team-based approach brings birthworkers and families together to build real relationships and support systems that extend beyond the event.
