Before ENZO Steakhouse & Bar opens its first Intown location this winter, Executive Chef Andrea Montobbio hosts The Art of Pasta Making at Epicurean Atlanta's Epicurean Theatre on Friday, October 9, from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m.
The hands-on class includes a welcome spritz, charcuterie, and instruction on two fresh pasta dishes: tagliatelle with Bolognese and béchamel, and radiatori alla vodka with burrata. Each course is paired with wine, concluding with tiramisu.
Tickets are $85 per person at epicureanhotelatlanta.com or the front desk. The event is 21+; price includes gratuity. Tax is added at checkout. Complimentary two-hour valet validation is provided.
