Award-winning chef, restaurateur and cookbook author Marcus Samuelsson will join Atlanta-based food and culture journalist Mike Jordan on October 27 from 7 to 8 p.m. at Fulton County Central Library for an author event celebrating his new cookbook, Back to Green. The book explores plant-forward cooking and global food traditions, featuring recipes inspired by cultures around the world. Books will be pre-signed, and the first 50 people in line will receive a free book courtesy of Fulton County Library.
