Step away from the noise of everyday life and give yourself an hour to slow down, settle in, and reconnect.

Join Natasha Ryles for an intimate guided sound healing experience using crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other soothing instruments. You’ll begin by setting an intention, then get comfortable on your mat as you’re guided through approximately 45–50 minutes of sound, stillness, and deep relaxation.

Every session is a little different. You may feel calm and grounded, reflective, emotionally lighter, inspired, or simply drift into rest. There is nothing you need to “do” or achieve — just arrive, get comfortable, and allow yourself to receive the experience.
