Submit your reunion Request for Proposal (RFP) form

Ready to start planning your family, military or class reunion? We have two convenient options available to submit your request. Note: If you require less than 10 sleeping rooms per night or meeting space only, please contact hotels directly with your request.

Simply fill out the form below and a representative from each individual company will respond with a proposal to help you plan your unique Atlanta reunion.

STEP 1: Please complete this form. Once received, we’ll share your information with the best hotels that meet your reunion needs.
STEP 2: Hotels will contact you with rates and availability and work with you directly throughout the planning process.
STEP 3: Once you sign a contract with a hotel within the Downtown, Midtown, or Buckhead areas, please notify us via email. This will qualify you for complimentary brochures and other services.

STEP 1: Please complete this form in its entirety with as much information as possible. This will help the ACVB Sales Team source your Request for Proposal (RFP). Once received, we’ll share your information with the best hotels that meet your event. Please allow for 2 -3 business days to review.

STEP 2: Hotels will contact you with rates and availability and work with you directly throughout the planning process.

STEP 3: Once you sign a contract with a hotel, please notify us via email at rfpsubmissions@atlanta.net. This may qualify you for complimentary brochures and other services (e-coupons, photos, and videos).
