Join Kathryn Kolb, Executive Director of EcoAddendum as she leads a tour through Lake Charlotte Nature Preserve, and tells the story of its Old Growth Forest remnants through its trees and forest character. Exploring and learning from undisturbed remnants of Atlanta’s Old Growth forest can help us deepen our understanding of how our original forest ecosystems work, and appreciate the importance of protecting these spaces to help preserve biodiversity in the City of Atlanta.
