Hosted in the heart of Bully Boy’s lush, garden-like dining space, Chef Wendy Roman will guide guests through the art of crafting three signature sushi rolls, using the same high-quality seafood and seasonal ingredients featured on the restaurant’s kaiseki-inspired menu.
