Enjoy the art of Congolese-born, Atlanta-based artist Raphael Bahindwa in the Rialto Center for the Arts lobby and mezzanine art space. Influenced by Salvador Dalí and Jean-Michel Basquiat, Bahindwa’s Afro-futuristic perspective speaks to both the past and future of his homeland. Join us for an evening in conversation with the artist as he discusses the context of his work and details the profound significance of growing up in the Congo.
