In this tree tour, we’ll talk the different ways that the outdoors—and specifically the Atlanta Beltline Arboretum – makes us healthy. We’ll cover the health benefits of the outdoors and public parks and green spaces, of certain plants and herbs, and even the Fountain of Youth! We’ll also talk about the wealth behind and generated by the Atlanta Beltline Eastside Trail, and who stands to benefit from its health effects. We’ll tie all of that in with Atlanta history, stretching back through the city’s founding and up through the present day.
