Fall in love with fitness! Get ready to move, groove, and sweat!
This beginner-friendly workout is all about fun, music, and great vibes—no experience needed!
Led by Dawn Peck, an AFAA-certified instructor with a passion for high-energy, inclusive workouts, this class will get your heart pumping with a mix of Zumba, Afrobeats, Hip Hop, soul and country line dancing, and more!
No equipment required—just show up and dance!
The class itself is 6:00-7:00pm
At the end of class we will have free healthy snacks available!
