Celebrate Juneteenth in
Hapeville Freedom Day Fest

"The City of Hapeville and the Hapeville Depot Museum invite you to the inaugural Juneteenth Freedom Day Celebration—an afternoon filled with history, culture, and community spirit.

The day begins with a meaningful journey through the past, featuring a guided history tour, live poetry, and a panel discussion from 1 – 3 p.m.

The celebration continues at Jess Lucas Y-Teen Park from 3:30 – 6:30 p.m., where you’ll find an upbeat festival atmosphere featuring live performances, local vendors, and fun for the whole family.

All events are FREE and open to the public—come be part of this special day honoring freedom and unity in the heart of Hapeville!"
