Start with crispy Brussels sprouts, sunomono salad, or duck spring rolls before diving into seafood favorites like miso cod with maitake mushrooms, spicy shrimp noodles, or the whole fish with sweet and sour sauce. Sushi lovers can savor A-5 Wagyu Nigiri with caviar, Otoro Nigiri with black truffle, plus fresh sashimi and poke bowls.
