Free Yoga at Aviation Park,

Ready for a summer of mindfulness? Join a relaxing yoga session at Aviation Park! Whether you're a seasoned yogi or just getting started, all skill levels are welcome during the six-week long series.

Presented by Town Center Community and Kaiser Permanente, community members are invited to free yoga throughout June and July. Sessions are limited to 50 participants and registration is required – as well as an on-site waiver to sign beforehand.

Each session is led by a certified, experienced instructor ready to guide you through an energizing and restorative practice. Don’t forget your mat and water bottle!
