Join Hotel Phoenix to celebrate National Martini with an evening dedicated to the classic cocktail that has been enjoyed for decades and refined throughout the years. On June 19th, Zephyr, Hotel Phoenix’s Southern-inspired French brasserie, will be partnering with Bayab Gin to showcase a signature martini, curated by the hotel’s Beverage Director Thandi Walton. The 50/50 Martini, made from 50/50 Bayab Gin, Vermouth maraschino, and a dash of orange bitters, highlights the balance, precision, and understated elegance found in the classic martini. A traditional 5/1 Bayab gin classic martini will also be available for attendees that enjoy a timeless approach.
