New Year’s Eve Black-Tie

Ring in the New Year with an evening of unparalleled fine dining which includes an extravagant post-dinner gala celebration at The Waldorf Astoria Atlanta Buckhead. Following the dinner, guests will transition into our glamorous black-tie gala. The celebration will feature a DJ and live band, endless Veuve Clicquot, and an atmosphere of elegance fit to welcome 2025.

This year, Executive Chef Bermy, Chef de Cuisine Keith Hyche, and Fuyuhiko Ito, formerly of Umi and MF Buckhead and soon-to-open Sozou and Omakase, will present an opulent seven-course tasting menu, exquisitely paired with fine wines and premium sakes.

Drawing on each chef’s culinary expertise, each course will be alternated between the chefs and will awaken guests' palettes with Ponzu Wagyu Beef Tataki, complemented by a delicate Daiginjo Sake, before continuing with a Halibut Ballotin entree, cured in sake and artfully presented with celeriac purée, passion fruit gelée and lobster claw, and a Black Garlic A5 Strip Loin, elevated by mushroom duxelles, smoked trout caviar and fresh winter truffle, before ending the meal with a Petit Fours Clash, Japanese Yokan & Gateau Cremas and a Matcha Cocktail finale.

Additional beverages and pairings are sold separately, and tickets are priced per person, inclusive of gratuity. All sales are final and non-refundable. Includes per-person entry to the Waldorf Astoria Atlanta Buckhead Black-Tie Gala, a value of $150 per ticket.
