We’re excited to offer additional training sessions this Summer to help your player stay active and get stronger during the break and gear up for the upcoming season! These sessions are designed for Outfield players and Goalkeepers ages U10-U18 boys and girls.
The sessions will be focused on skill development, physical, technical, and tactical training. Goal keepers will have 1 hour of specific goalkeeper skills training and 1 hour of strength and conditioning.
