Entry and Eligibility: No purchase necessary. This Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States at the time of entry. Void in Puerto Rico. Employees of the Atlanta Convention & Visitors Bureau, its parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotional agencies, Web site providers/webmasters and the immediate family members (and those living in their same households) of each employee are not eligible. Sweepstakes entrants agree to abide by the terms of these rules. This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the United States and is subject to all federal, state and local laws. This offer is void wherever prohibited or restricted by national, state or any other government laws. Limit one entry per person/e-mail address.

To enter, comment to win on Discover Atlanta’s Facebook post for the “Enter to Win Tickets for 2 to PREMIER LEAGUE’S SUMMER SERIES DOUBLEHEADER IN ATLANTA” Contest. Winner will be selected at random. No other method of entry will be accepted. The Sweepstakes begins July 21, 2023 and ends at 11:59 PM on July 23, 2023. The Sweepstakes is sponsored by the Atlanta Convention & Visitors Bureau.

Winner Selection: The Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing to be held on or about Sunday, July 23, 2023 from all eligible comments received. Winners will be notified by email within one (1) day of selection. If winner is unreachable after (2) days, or if winner is unavailable for prize fulfillment, an alternate winner will be selected at random from all remaining eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Limit one (1) prize per return email address.

Prize: One grand prize will be awarded to one winner.

Prizes: Terms and Conditions. Grand Prize will be delivered by email to winner on or about Tuesday, July 25, 2023 and is valid for usage on Wednesday, July 26, 2023 ONLY and valued at $550.00.  All taxes, gratuities and incidental expenses are the responsibility of prize winner. Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen tickets. These prizes cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or offer.  Prizes cannot be redeemed for cash, transferred, assigned or substituted.

General Conditions: The Grand Prize winner will be required to respond by email within one (1) day of notification. If documents are not returned timely, or if any prize notification or prize is returned as non-deliverable, or if winner is found to be ineligible, the prize is forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected. By accepting a prize, winners grant permission for Sponsor, and those acting under its authority, to use his/her name, likeness, voice and/or hometown, for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation or review, unless prohibited by law. By participating in this Sweepstakes, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents from any and all liability or injuries, losses or damages of any kind to persons, including death, or property, resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from this Sweepstakes, any prize won or in any Sweepstakes-related activity.
Neither Sponsor nor its agencies are responsible for late, incomplete, misdirected, returned, or undelivered entries.  Sponsor is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information or failure, whether caused by tampering, or by any of the programming or equipment associated with or used in this Sweepstakes and assumes no responsibility for any errors, omission, deletion, defect, interruption or delay in operation or transmission or communication line failure, theft or destruction, or alteration of, entries. Sponsor is not responsible for injury or damage to participants or any other persons, computer or property related to or resulting from participating in this Sweepstakes. In its sole determination, Sponsor may disqualify any person who tampers with or abuses any aspect of the Sweepstakes or Web site, or who acts in violation of the Official Rules, or acts in any manner to threaten or abuse or harass any person. Should any portion of Sweepstakes be, in Sponsor’s sole opinion, compromised by virus, software defects, non-authorized human intervention or other causes which, in the Sponsor’s sole opinion, corrupt or impair administration, security, fairness or proper play of this Sweepstakes, or submission of entries, Sponsor may suspend, modify, or terminate the Sweepstakes and randomly select winners from valid email entries received prior to such action, in Sponsor’s sole discretion.
