Atlanta’s food truck scene is ready for its global moment.
As the city prepares to welcome visitors from around the world for FIFA World Cup 2026™, downtown Atlanta will transform into a lively open-air food destination with the debut of Global Grub Alley.

Created by the city of Atlanta and the Food Truck Association of Georgia, the match-day food truck experience will bring together local favorites, international flavors and Atlanta hospitality in the heart of Downtown. Expect the aroma of sizzling street food, upbeat energy and plenty of opportunities to grab a bite before the big match.

Set along Walton Street near Centennial Olympic Park, Global Grub Alley will feature a rotating lineup of food trucks serving everything from wings and barbecue to tacos, global street food, sweet treats and more.
With Centennial Olympic Park as the backdrop, Global Grub Alley puts visitors in the heart of downtown Atlanta’s match-day energy. Before or after grabbing a bite, fans can explore nearby attractions like the Georgia Aquarium, World of Coca-Cola and the growing South Downtown district, where historic buildings are being reimagined with local eateries, art-filled spaces and fresh creative energy. Together, the area offers a lively mix of food, culture and entertainment within walking distance of the action.

Founded in 2010, the Food Truck Association of Georgia has helped shape Atlanta’s growing food truck culture for more than a decade. The organization supports food truck owners across the state while connecting vendors with festivals, sporting events and community celebrations. Today, the association represents a diverse mix of culinary entrepreneurs bringing creative flavors and local flair to neighborhoods and events throughout metro Atlanta.
“For Wing Kingh Food Truck, this opportunity is bigger than just serving food. It’s about bringing people together through great flavors, culture and hospitality.” – Sherman Gartrell with Wing Kingh Food Truck
