FREE FITNESS AT PIEDMONT PARK

Take a class or do your own workout at Piedmont Park in the heart of Midtown.

Enjoy a variety of free fitness opportunities through the Piedmont Park health and wellness program. During the warmer months, several different fitness classes pop up around the park, and year-round, every Tuesday, join the weekly 45-minute group walk. When there is no class, make Piedmont Park your gym and head over to the Active Oval area for a run around the .52 mile running track and body weight exercises using the outdoor gym and stone stairs. GEORGIA AQUARIUM – WELLNESS BY THE WATER

Wellness by the Water is a unique group yoga experience at Georgia Aquarium led by Dancing Dogs Yoga. These 60-minute classes take place in the Oceans Ballroom with views of manta rays and whale sharks. Advance registration is required and includes free parking.
