Atlanta’s soccer community thrives because of its supporters groups. There are six, each bringing its own style and fan experience. The groups fuel match day by leading chants, curating an unforgettable tailgate experience and giving back to the community.

One of the six official Atlanta United supporters groups is All Stripes. The mission is to create a safe space in the soccer supporters community for LGBTQ+ individuals. The name All Stripes is a reference to the team’s nickname – The Five Stripes – and the rainbow stripes on the pride flag.
During World Cup, All Stripes is partnering with Pride House Atlanta, an organization that provides meet-up opportunities for soccer fans. All Stripe, alongside Pride House Atlanta, will be present for watch parties at Decatur Watch Fest, The Works on Atlanta’s Upper Westside and Lore, an LGBTQIA+ bar and venue in Old Fourth Ward on the Eastside. The full details on dates, locations and times will be available at PrideHouseUnited2026.com/atlanta.

Throughout the season, All Stripes hosts tailgates for Atlanta United home matches in Lot 17 across from Gate 4 at Mercedes-Benz Stadium and watch parties for away matches at Pour Taproom in Midtown. The group also is present at Pride festivals throughout the metro Atlanta area from June through October, culminating at the Atlanta Pride Parade festival in the fall.

Josh Hill, the All Stripes communications and public relations chair, loves how Atlanta’s soccer community welcomes everyone.
“People who don’t think of themselves as typical sports fans, people who have never played sports and have no interest in doing so, people who feel like they will be unwelcome in the stands – they’re all part of All Stripes,” Hill said. “We use our voice to speak up for these people, to bring a different perspective to the table and to show that soccer is more than just what happens on the pitch in those 90 minutes.”
When going to an Atlanta United tailgate, you’ll find All Stripes there.
For Hill, “Tailgates create the energy you see in the stadium on match day. People from all walks of life come together to get hyped up, to meet new people and to bond over a shared passion. We share food and drink, we dance, we chant, we sing for Atlanta.”
While attending an Atlanta United match, you may see different flags being flown in the supporters’ section. All Stripes flag changes throughout the season. The Lesbian Pride Flag is inclusive of butch, trans and gender non-conforming femme individuals. The Aromantic Flag represents a romantic orientation for someone with little to no romantic attraction. The Gilbert Baker Pride Flag is known as the original Pride flag. These flags represent All Stripes presence, showing that everyone in the community is welcome and safe in the stands.
All Stripes shares updated events, news and more on its Instagram and Facebook pages at @AllStripesATL. The group encourages people to spread the word in order to on to bring more people into the community and highlight Atlanta’s soccer scene.
