Watch the game

Of course, go to the Braves game, but even if you’re there on game days and don’t have a ticket, kick back on the lawn and watch the Braves on the giant LED screen in the heart of The Battery.

There is a great green area to relaxt, throw the ball around or have a picnic. Just steps away, cool off at the splash pad.

Grab a bite and a drink before or after the Braves game. Beat the rush by making reservations at participating Battery restaurants. Many offer online booking and game-day specials.

• Well-behaved four-legged friends are permitted. Please keep them on a leash at all times.
  
• Post-game, stay until 1 a.m. with a live DJ spinning tunes, show off your skills riding the mechanical bull at PBR Atalnta and cap off the night with live performances at Park Bench.
  
• The Battery Atlanta does not permit skating, board riding, bicycling and motorized personal vehicles on sidewalks and through the restricted areas, but there are bike racks available.
  
• The Splash Pad is open daily beginning at 9 a.m. through closing.

What’s the best way to get to The Battery Atlanta?

The CobbLinc–the public bus transportation system–has three locations you can use to get to The Battery: Cumberland Area, Mariette Park & Ride Lot and MARTA’s Arts Center.

The Hopper is also an option, which is the shuttle pilot program connecting The Battery to Cobb Galleria Centre.

If riding MARTA, at the Midtown station, get on Bus 12, which takes you to the Cumberland Mall. Then, hop on the Cumberland Circular Shuttle to get to The Battery.

The Battery has also partnered with Uber for convenient drop-off and pick-up.
