A visit to Atlanta is hardly the same without a stop to the Atlanta Beltline. This 22-mile trail loops around the city connecting 45 neighborhoods. There are eight main trails, with the Eastside Trail marking the most established section of the Beltline. From Krog Street Market to Ponce City Market, it’s a little more than a mile, but trust us when we say that the delicious restaurants, trendy bars, patios, street art and more make the distance totally worth it.
Krog Street Market
Since opening in 2014, the expansive mixed-used development has been home to delicious Mexican eats at Superica, a variety of dips turned meals from Dips Kitchen, MICHELIN Bib Gourmand burgers at Fred’s Meat & Bread and the list goes on. Pull up a stool at Hop City Beer & Wine for a frothy pint, grab a cocktail from Ticonderoga Club or get your shop on at The Merchant as you take in the industrial charm and one of the finest food halls around.

Northern China Eatery
This restaurant is a staple on Buford Highway and has now made its way to the Beltline. Northern Chinese cooking is highlighted in their dishes with flavors of Beijing and Tianjin.
Emerald City Bagels
New York style bagels in Atlanta? Sign us up. Go for the classic bagel and cream cheese or a fried egg sandwich. The yummy food doesn’t stop at breakfast so make sure to try the inverted grilled cheese. It’s a bagel sliced and grilled with the cut-side out and cheese in-between.
Hawkers Asian Street Food

Enjoy Asian street food on the patio at Hawkers. Located across from Krog Street Market, Hawkers makes baos and dumplings that go perfectly with a craft cocktail.
Eclipse di Luna
This tapas bar is a great place to go with a group of friends while enjoying Latin and Spanish culture. There’s a variety of tapas options, that include vegan and gluten free options. Swing by during happy hour on weekdays to start the night off right.
Check out murals along the way
From massive murals and ironworks to tiny doors and interactive dioramas, the Atlanta Beltline is the place to find a plethora of amazing art — but you have to know where to find it. Murals change out every year, so when you see something that stirs your emotions, be sure to take a pic because it may not be around for long. Along the Eastside Trail is the “Somos Boricuas”, the eyes you see on the side of the bridge. It was done by local artist Lisette Correa, known as Arrtaddict, highlighting her Puerto Rican roots.

Glide Pizza

With a walk-up window and outdoor patio, grab a quick slice from Glide Pizza if you need a pit stop on your Beltline adventures. There are a few seats inside if it’s a chillier day. That’s where you can watch the team prepare the pizzas and express awe over how delicious they look. The Hot Honey Burrata Slice is a fan-favorite.
Yeppa & Co.

Bringing a piece of Italy to Atlanta, Yeppa & Co. boasts delicious pastas, focaccias and more. Enjoy your meal on the patio with an Aperol Spritz in hand. It’s always a fun time people watching on the Beltline from their patio.
Historic Old Fourth Ward Park

While many think of Piedmont Park when it comes to green space on the Beltline, there is another lush area in Old Fourth Ward. Historic Fourth Ward Park has glorious skyline views and space large enough to host a variety of events such as concerts and festivals, outdoor yoga classes and recreational sports. If you want to practice your thrashing skills, O4W Skate Park is a sound decision to discover your inner Tony Hawk. If you want to bike the trails, Atlanta’s Relay Bike Share program provides easy access to two-wheeled transportation along the trail.
BRASH Coffee

Their Beltline location has a walk up window making it extra convenient to grab a coffee, latte or pastry. Bring your furry friend to sit in the few available seats or keep walking for more adventures.
Lingering Shade Social Club

Feel like you’re transported to a beach while here. Their menu features small bites, Ketel flights and more refreshing cocktails. On a nice day, they’ll open up the garage doors to bring in more fresh air to enjoy.
Atlanta Worldwide Gallery

Tucket a few steps off the Eastside Trail, shop for vintage film cameras, Atlanta memorabilia and old issues of popular magazines. If you have any old treasures to sell, Atlanta Worldwide Gallery is interested.
TWO Urban Licks
TWO Urban Licks serves wood-fired cuisine to go with the gorgeous views inside and out. From being right off the Atlanta Beltline Eastside Trail to having the interior centered around a Todd Murphy painting, TWO Urban Licks provides a picture-perfect dining experience.
3 Parks Wine Shop – Old Fourth Ward
Grab a glass of wine or flight and relax on the patio at 3 Parks Wine. There are two locations, one in Old Fourth Ward on the Beltline and another in Glenwood Park. Each location has a large selection of wines to take home.
New Realm Brewing Co.

Take a break on the Eastside Trail by stopping at New Realm Brewing Company for a beer. Settle in on the first floor patio to enjoy the action on the trail or head to the rooftop. The brews are always changing so you never know what you’ll get to try.
Ponce City Market
The last stop on this Beltline tour of the Eastside Trail takes us to Atlanta’s mixed-use development, Ponce City Market. What’s not to love about the former Sears, Roebuck and Co. and Atlanta City Hall facility that now houses mouth-watering dining options, serious cocktail action, retail shops, living space and the cherry on top is The Roof, which features carnival games and incredible skyline views.

That’s not all to discover when it comes to the Eastside Beltline. And while you’re at it, the other trails have their own personality, notable restaurants and more to explore.
