The world is coming to Atlanta as it takes center stage for international soccer, but the celebration doesn’t stop at the stadium gates.
Whether you’re basking in a historic victory or shaking off a tough defeat, the city’s music scene has you covered. From concerts featuring your favorite artists to free neighborhood block parties, here is the perfect soundtrack to your summer.
Major Headliners in Town

State Farm Arena, located in the heart of Downtown and right next door to Atlanta Stadium (Mercedes-Benz Stadium), is hosting an incredible lineup of superstars for its Summer Kickoff ATL concert series, welcoming World Cup fans from near and far.
Shakira
Sandwiched in between headlining the opening ceremony in Mexico City and the halftime show at the final match in New Jersey, Shakira is bringing her high-energy, hip-shaking spectacle to the arena on June 26 and June 28. That Saturday, Uzbekistan and the Democratic Republic of Congo will face off at the Atlanta Stadium.
The global icon from Colombia teamed up with Nigerian singer Burna Boy to deliver “Dai Dai,” the official song of the 2026 World Cup. This marks Shakira’s fourth time contributing to soccer’s biggest tournament, continuing a legacy that includes her 2010 anthem, “Waka Waka (This Time for Africa).”
Ariana Grande
Pop sensation Ariana Grande is bringing her highly anticipated “The Eternal Sunshine Tour” to State Farm Arena for three nights, July 6, July 8 and July 9. If you’re visiting Atlanta for the high-stakes Round of 16 match on July 7, catching her show would be a great way to round out your trip.
Tame Impala, J. Cole and More
Tame Impala will flood the arena with his psychedelic rock beats and vivid light show on July 11 and 12. The following weekend, July 17 and 18, J. Cole takes the state for The Fall-Off Tour, the rapper and singer’s first solo headlining run in five years.
Other headliners featured in the massive concert series include Joji on July 2, Lionel Richie and Earth, Wind & Fire on July 19, and Louis Tomlinson on July 22.
Atlanta’s Robust Concert Lineup

Local and international artists are joining in on the World Cup celebrations, bringing hundreds of live sets to venues of all sizes across Atlanta’s distinct neighborhoods. It’s the perfect excuse to explore the city’s neighborhoods.
Mississippi rapper BIG K.R.I.T. keeps the momentum moving at The Eastern, an indoor venue along the Beltline in Reynoldstown on June 26.
Later in the summer, on July 17, Downtown’s historic Tabernacle features Georgia’s own AJ Ghent & His Singing Guitar, blending blues, rock and R&B.
Soccer fans who want to experience authentic Atlanta nightlife should head to The Earl in East Atlanta Village (EAV). On June 27, Mexico City’s Sonido Gallo Negro will perform a set of psychedelic tropical music. Nashville pop-country artist Riley Roth brings her storytelling to the same room on July 10.
Over in Midtown, Misil Stereo, a tribute band for Argentina’s Soda Stereo, will play at the legendary Smith’s Olde Bar on July 18. The following Sunday, July 25, the venue hosts Kess Fest, a multi-genre mini-festival spanning country, alternative, indie rock and jazz.
Want to dive deeper into the local music community? Be sure to check the calendars at Eddie’s Attic in Decatur, Aisle 5 in Little Five Points, Terminal West on the Westside, The Drunken Unicorn in Old Fourth Ward and Center Stage in Midtown for more shows during the World Cup.
