Atlanta History Center

Atlanta History Center is always free for children and is also free any day for military personnel with ID. Kids will love roaming the expansive grounds at Atlanta History Center, stopping at the kids’ areas and exploring historic buildings or participating in a scavenger hunt around the grounds. For a birthday date, stroll through the gardens and grab a bite at the Swan Coach House.  

Georgia Aquarium

Georgia Aquarium offers free admission to Georgia residents on their birthday. Visit the website for details and to reserve your tickets ahead of time.

High Museum of Art

Celebrate your birthday during Second Sundays at the High. High Museum of Art offers free admission for all, the Second Sunday of each month. Kids younger than 6 are free every day. Discover new exhibits, participate in fun programming and have a great time doing it. 

Zoo Atlanta

Though not technically designed for your birthday, you can receive three free General Admission passes to Zoo Atlanta through the Library Pass Program. Visit your local Georgia public library with a valid library card and check one out.

Eat Free at these Atlanta Restaurants

For years the Italian restaurants Povino’s and Scalini’s have been offering a free entree on your birthday, with valid I.D.. Each meal (valued up to $17.50) includes a pasta specialty dinner, salad, garlic rolls and dessert. Mangia!
