Boo at the Zoo
Celebrate the season at Zoo Atlanta, where wildlife meets fright-light with festive decorations and family-friendly Halloween activities. Boo at the Zoo occurs Oct. 18, 19 and 20, 25 and 26 from 9 a.m. until 3 p.m. Free with general admission.

Dinosaur Trick-or-Treat
Dress up in costume — perhaps as a dinosaur or paleontologist — and bring your own bucket for trick-or-treating among the giants at Fernbank Museum of Natural History. Dinosaur Trick-or-Treat takes place Oct. 25 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Goblins in the Garden
On Oct. 19 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. bring your little goblins to Atlanta Botanical Garden. Explore the Scarecrows in the Garden exhibit, enjoy music performances, decorate pumpkins and more. Free with general garden admission. Learn more.

Halloween at Hogwarts with Atlanta Symphony Orchestra
The Atlanta Symphony Orchestra welcomes back the Family Concert Series this fall with a magical Halloween adventure. On Oct. 26, families are invited to Atlanta Symphony Hall to journey to Hogwarts as the full orchestra performs a kid-sized, 45-minute concert featuring actors, dancers and plenty of spooky fun.
Before the show, children can enjoy free pre-concert activities, including an instrument petting zoo, arts and crafts, lobby performances and themed photo booths. It’s the perfect way to spark a love of orchestral music while celebrating Halloween in true wizarding style.

Haunted Seas at Georgia Aquarium
Enjoy a fully immersive Halloween experience with Haunted Seas at Georgia Aquarium this October. On weekends, from 2 to 6 p.m., the adventure intensifies with a new trick-or-treat experience for little ghouls and goblins to collect goodies. Free with general admission.

Pumpkin Festival: Play by Day, Glow by Night at Stone Mountain Park
Enjoy family-friendly entertainment during the day at Stone Mountain Park’s Pumpkin Festival. Then, glow by night with not-so-spooky fun after the sun sets, including the new Cinderella’s Tree Lighting Show and glowing night-time parade. Enjoy it Sept. 14 through Nov. 3. Admission starts at $35.

Trick-or-Treat at the Museum
The Children’s Museum of Atlanta is hosting spooktacular family fun on Oct. 19 and 26. Fang-tastically fun hands-on play includes building your own haunted house, making your own monster, monster mash party with live DJ, trick-or-treating and more. Pre-purchase tickets online.
