The Battery Atlanta is located just outside Truist Park, home of the Atlanta Braves. Besides being a concert venue and shopping destination, The Battery is packed with restaurants and places to hang out and bask in ATL pride, especially on game day. Serving up more than just home runs, The Battery is a place to grab good food, meet up with friends and enjoy the energy of the city any day of the week. Whether you’re in the mood for a quick bite or a full sit-down dinner, here are a few great spots.

Antico Pizza
Serving Neapolitan-style pies, Antico Pizza has quickly gained a reputation as being truly authentic, with MICHELIN recognition to back it up. This location at The Battery is just steps away from Truist Park and makes the perfect spot for pickup on a game day. If you’re a lover of a little spice, try the Diavola pie that includes Calabrian peppers and bufala mozzarella. The calzones are great when you’re on the go.

CRU Wine Bar
While it may seem unusual to indulge in a wine tasting at a baseball stadium, CRU Wine Bar is a lovely venue with an impressive selection of wines, making it perfect for oenophiles. CRU offers three 2-ounce pours of various varieties, including approximately eight different reds, five different whites, and one rosé. Flights have names like “Benchmark Cabs” and “Marvelous Merlots.” Lobster pot stickers (my favorite) and a bruschetta with figs are great items to nosh on while you sip your wine(s).
El Superpan

Chef Hector Santiago put his love for his hometown in Puerto Rico into everything he serves at El Super Pan. The menu takes you on a culinary journey infused with Puerto Rican culture and delicacies. Start off with chicharrones and be sure to add a sprinkle of lime. You can’t go wrong with an order of yuca frita or rice and beans. The mofongo is the perfect option for a main dish; you can enjoy it with chicken, tofu, shrimp or pork belly.

Sports and Social
Sports and Social is for adults, so leave the kiddos at home if you plan on coming here. In the spring, take advantage of the second-story patio. The small menu features mostly pub food like burgers and wings. Burgers are made up of two 4-ounce patties on a brioche bun. I recommend the BBQ brisket or guacamole queso burger. Skip the watered-down cocktails in favor of the craft beer.
Punch Bowl Social
Enjoy a lively atmosphere with two levels of activities ranging from bowling and darts to arcade games and karaoke. Punch Bowl Social provides the perfect family outing for a game day. You can grab your friends and make it a late-night weekend outing as you have to be 21+ after 10 p.m. on Friday and Saturday. With a menu of classic pub fare like chicken wings and burgers and a punchbowl to share, what could be better?

H&F Burger
Known for juicy burgers and delicious shakes, H & F Burger has become a fan favorite. You can never go wrong with The Original, a classic double-beef patty cheeseburger. Looking to spice things up? Try the Texas Rodeo Burger that includes jalapenos and BBQ sauce.
PH’EAST
Indecisive when it comes to knowing what you want? PH’EAST, an industrial-style food court, is perfect for those who want to try a variety of Asian cuisine. From pho and dumplings to bubble tea and cocktails, there are so many tasty bites to try.
Live! At the Battery

A popular spot for Braves fans, Live! At the Battery offers live entertainment, a gaming parlor, and classic sports bar bites, including wings, soft pretzels, and cocktails. Can’t make it to the stadium for a game? The big screen and several TVs around the restaurant are perfect for following the action.
Cultivate Food and Coffee
Need a caffeine pick-me-up? Cultivate offers delicious coffees and comfort food to fuel a long day. The cozy and laid-back vibe makes it a great space to stop by and get some work done or hang out before the game day crowds fill the streets.
Jeni’s Splendid Ice Cream
You can never pass up an opportunity for something sweet. Whether you’re winding down after a game or need a treat while you stroll the hub, Jeni’s is always a good idea. You might be drawn in from the sweet aroma that fills the air any time you walk by, and a taste of fan favorites like gooey butter cake will seal the deal.
Pro tip: When parking, head to the red lot, which is free for up to four hours during non-event times.
