Safety Measures

The ROOF will increase the extent and frequency of our already rigorous cleaning practices, with emphasis on all high traffic areas. We will use cleaning and sanitation products, which meet EPA guidelines and are approved for use and effective against viruses, bacteria, and other airborne and blood borne pathogens. THE ROOF will not accept cash for the foreseeable future All receipts will be given electronically Hand sanitizer will be readily available throughout THE ROOF for guests and employees Menus will be disposed of after each use All re-usable guest contact items to be either sanitized after each use or single-use; disposable plates, glasses, and silverware will be offered as an option at the beginning of each dining experience Tables, bar tops, stools, chairs, game and golf equipment to be sanitized after every use All restrooms will be cleaned and sanitized every hour with spot cleaning in between; deep cleaned midday on weekends Food preparation stations to be sanitized at least once per hour Our overnight cleaning crew will be doing expanded deep cleaning each night All weekly cleanings will now be updated to being done nightly Cleaning of commonly touched items with Quaternary Sanitizer in regular intervals; this includes but is not limited to door handles, handrails, benches, trash bins, sinks, POS systems, handheld terminals, patio railing, highchairs, host stand, and silverware holders Detailed guidelines and procedures posted in the kitchen for team members
