Open - Changes to operations


The Chattahoochee Nature Center is a private non-profit 127-acre, award-winning, interpretive center dedicated to environmental education. Explore the LEED-certified Discovery Center Museum and Nature Exchange with hands on-minds on exhibits focused on telling the river’s story. Bring a picnic, hike the woodland trails, meander through beautiful butterfly and native plant gardens, or explore the river boardwalk, all while viewing native animals. Be sure to take a tour of the new ziplines and canopy walk. Open daily, Monday-Saturday, 10 am to 5 pm and Sunday from noon – 5 pm, general admission $10 for adults, $7 for seniors 65 and older and $7 for students 13-18, $6 for children 3-12, and free Members and for children 2 and under. Safety Measures

The grounds are open with a limited, timed admission system. Members: Reservations are required in order to secure date and timed entrance. Visitors: Admission tickets must be purchased in advance, which will include date and time to visit. Walk-ups cannot be accommodated at this time.
