About About Meetings & Events
Max's Coal Oven Pizzeria is Atlanta's home for classic New York-style pizza made-to-order. Served perfectly crisp and piping hot, pizzas emerge from our trademark-Georgia's only authentic coal-burning oven.
Max's Coal Oven Pizzeria sliced its way into Atlanta's dining scene in 2009, luring pizza lovers with its unique 1,000-degree coal burning process, which follows authentic New York style tradition. Armed with the only genuine coal-burning oven in Georgia, Max's is able to create pizzas with a distinct taste and texture that has been a hallmark of New York City pizzerias for more than a century.
