Nestled in 35 acres of lush parkland and just two miles east of downtown Atlanta, the Jimmy Carter Presidential Library and Museum occupies a serene setting on a gentle hill overlooking the skyline. The very hill General Sherman set up his headquarters during the battle of Atlanta. As one of only 13 presidential libraries managed by the National Archives currently open to the public, it preserves President Carter's legacy - from his humble Georgia roots to his global humanitarian impact. In addition to interactive exhibits and gallery space, the Carter Library has several meeting areas available for rent. From receptions in our lobby, presentations in our auditorium, or smaller gatherings in our classroom, reach out to [email protected] to book with us!
