Flaky not Flaky is home of the Original Sconut. A scone/donut hybrid, sconuts have pillow layers (like a scone) but is soft and sweet (like a donut). It’s the best of both – but isn’t really either. With 8 flavors daily, there’s something for everyone. Start with fresh local ingredients. Use them to make everything – puffed pastry paninis to sourdough buttermilk biscuits stuffed with house-made fruit spreads, French butter, thick-cut bacon, or smoked beef sausage. For catered events, our menu includes savory brunch and lunch options. + Handcrafted bonbons, bars, and confections. Cocoa grown in Venezuela then, crafted in ATL. Piece, box, or table it’s up to you. In the heart of Downtown Atlanta – Open from 7am to 2pm Monday through Friday. Our bakery is located in a casual open concept food hub with seating for about 250 people. Grab a parking validation or pull a bus right up to the entrance.
