Founded in 1918, the Municipal Market, known by locals as the Sweet Auburn Curb Market, is Atlanta’s oldest public market and one of the city’s true hidden gems. Housed in its current historic building since 1924, the market is home to local butchers, produce vendors, seafood counters, specialty shops, and some of Atlanta’s most beloved food spots.
