Courthouse

Built in 1885, the Gwinnett Historic Courthouse sits majestically on the square in historic downtown Lawrenceville. The building and grounds, available for private rentals, play host to special events throughout the year, including the Annual Lighting of the Tree and the Moonlight and Music Summer Concert Series.

Unique architectural features include the original turret (balcony) and clock tower, chandelier lighting, 24-foot ceilings, wood-carved moldings, wainscoting, Palladian windows, faux fireplaces and an outdoor gazebo on a meticulously-manicured lawn.
Hours: Monday – Friday from 10:00am – 4:00pm and Saturday from 10:00am – 2:00pm
